Commonwealth States
- There are 4 so-called "Commonwealth States" among the 50 US states are Massachusetts, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Now the question is, whether they have another status or not? No, they don't - it's basically a historical reality and has no political or judicial consequences.
